Springlea is Chorki Ski Clubs' beautiful old Victorian house in Lorne. Built in the 1880's it is one of Lorne's classic houses situated one block from the beach and the main shopping centre which houses cafes, restaurants, retail shops and the famous Lorne Hotel. A path leads directly to the shops, restaurants and beach.

The house has been renovated and upgraded in recent years to provide modern facilities for the club members, friends and guests. Members of the public are also welcome. Sorry, no pets & no “schoolies”.

There is a large modern commercial kitchen, two living areas, a formal dining room opening to a glass enclosed conservatory, and four bedrooms.

Bedroom A: 1 Queen Size Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom B: 2 Bunks (sleeps 4)
Bedroom C: 1 Queen size Bed and 1 Bunk + Trundle (sleeps 5)
Bedroom D: 1 Queen size bed and on Mezzanine floor 2 singles plus Trundles (sleeps 6)

All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms

The house also has two open fire places and a barbeque is available in our landscaped gardens. Laundry facilities are also available.

The house can sleep up to 14 people.

Everyone thinks of Lorne as a summer resort with its long stretches of beautiful fore-shore, but it is really a year round resort.

In winter, enjoy lazy days and nights by the log fires or venture out for golf, beach walks, bush walks and fascinating coastal drives.

Lorne in winter has its own special beauty.
